Refund policy
Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of zennd products if:
You have received products from zennd that are different from those you ordered. We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively, we can offer you a refund. Please note items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.
If for or any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you, zennd will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that zennd requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of zennd & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
For refunds or exchanges please contact us by email returns@zennd.com.au. Please provide your order number & contact information in your email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. From time to time this waiting period may be longer.
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact returns@zennd.com.au before making your return, as we will provide you with a returns form that must be completed and sent with your parcel. Items delivered to us without a returns form will not be processed.
Refunds may take up to 15 working days depending on your bank & may take longer for international orders. From time to time this waiting period may be longer.
