Australia

zennd currently offers free shipping on all domestic (within Australia) orders.

We use Sendle: Sendle is a registered B Corp and Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service partnering with South Pole.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery is generally between 2 – 8 business days from when it was dispatched. The actual delivery speed will depend on where the item is being posted for example regional and remote areas take a little longer. You will receive an estimated delivery time and tracking number after confirmation. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers. Please ensure your mailing address is a physical address.

International

We are working on shipping options to international destinations. Please email us to see if we can help you with your order if you live outside Australia. Email us at hello@zennd.com.au.

zennd will not be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages being left at your delivery address, please use an address that will be attended to during business hours to ensure your delivery arrives safe. 

We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on time, however, zennd will not be held liable for late deliveries due to courier delays. 

During sale times, it may take us up to two weeks to ship your order due to the high volume of orders.
