This website is owned & operated by zennd. By using this website you agree to these terms & conditions:
allergen caution
Some of zennd’s products contain nuts or traces of nuts. If you suffer from allergies, we recommend not using zennd products. Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before using zennd. If you are pregnant some products are not recommended during pregnancy, please read the instructions carefully. We also recommend patch testing our products before use for everyone. zennd will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to our products.
liability
zennd will not be held liable for any damage caused to your property, person or belongings sustained through the use of zennd products. zennd provides usage instructions, safety warnings & care instructions for our products. Please read carefully before use.
refund & exchange
Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of zennd products if:
- You have received products from zennd that are different to the one you have ordered. We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively, we can offer you a refund. Please note items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We will also refund the cost of your shipping (if any) up to the value of $12.00aud. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.
- For any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you. zennd will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that zennd requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of zennd & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
For refund or exchanges please contact us by email returns@zennd.com.au. Please provide your order number & contact information in your email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. If we are experiencing any delay in our response times, information will be posted here.
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact returns@zennd.com.au before making your return as we will provide you with a returns form that must be completed and sent with your parcel. Items delivered to us without a returns form will not be processed.
All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days. Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank & may take longer for international orders. If we are experiencing any delay in our processing times, information will be posted here.

payments
We accept payments from VISA, MasterCard & American Express. all orders will be charged in AUD $. If you are ordering internationally (outside Australia) you may incur a foreign currency charge from your own bank. zennd cannot control any fees incurred from your bank, you will need to contact your bank for further information.
shipping
Australia
zennd currently offers free shipping on all domestic (within Australia) orders.
International
We are working on shipping options to international destinations. Please email us to see if we can help you with your order if you live outside Australia. Email us at hello@zennd.com.au.
zennd will not be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages being left at your delivery address, please use an address that will be attended to during business hours to ensure your delivery arrives safe.
We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on time, however, zennd will not be held liable for late deliveries due to courier delays.
During sale times, it may take us up to two weeks to ship your order due to the high volume of orders.
imperfections
Our products are hand packaged and all a little different. Please keep in mind that you will see slight imperfections with our products, they are hand made, that's what we like about them.
